The Krem Institute Origin Story

In March 2023, it was a warm and sunny day like so many others on the bay of Sarasota, Florida. Brothers Nick and Michael Krem were paddle boarding, exploring their new waterfront paradise while brainstorming the future of real estate.

Just months prior, the launch of ChatGPT shook the world. Ninety percent of the Krem content marketing team were soon replaced by artificial intelligence. After years of building personal brands for real estate agents, the brothers realized that A.I. would soon put them out of business if they didn't adapt to the new wave.

Like so many great ideas, the answer instantly clicked. The world's first A.I. Certified Agent™ was born from the belief that agents should now be able to spend more time with their clients and less time behind the computer.

So, what will an A.I. powered real estate industry look like? We believe it should be more human. Imagine a world where client experience is enhanced by agent productivity and quality of life is improved by time efficiency.
